2000 Fiat Marea problems with indicators and hazard warning lights

Today my indicators and hazard warning lights stopped flashing although they 'glow' when switched on. Is this a fuse problem or does the flasher unit require repairing or replacing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not an auto electrician , but if they "glow " , must be getting power , so can't be fuse . Looks like relay / flasher unit fault .
