feels like turbo doesn't kick in below 2500 revs' car accelerates as normal if speed kept up but if speed drops there is not enough torque to accelerate without changing right down, [any ideas,please] [john]

Check for codes,check pipes hoses on vacuum side to turbo control valve ,check waste gate actuator is free.
