1999 Daewoo Matiz lights (various) have stopped working at same time ...

Car: Daewoo Matiz
Year: 1999
Variant: 795 cc
Categories: Leaks & Noises
My daughter has suddenly lost her nearside front headlight (not full beam); nearside sidelight; one nearside brake light; the rear window brake light and nearside number plate light.
I haven't seen the car yet but she says a friend has checked quickly and the bulbs look OK as does the fuse box.
Any ideas anyone please?

Sounds like a fuse . Almost sure there are two fuse boxes in some of the Matiz cars . One in the engine bay to the right corner above the battery. the other inside car .

Thanks very much for that quick response. I thought it sounded like a fuse but, looking at the allocated fuses to both boxes in a downloaded workshop manual, each of these lights seems to be governed by a different fuse.

Unusual to have individual fuses , take it you have checked all fuses ? On some of those cars there was a "illumination relay", if applicable to your car could try removing this and refitting it.Long shot but might be worth trying .
