My car lost all its coolant so i refilled it and it started first time but now it sounds like it is running on two cyclinders rather than three can anyone help ? advice please.

if it overheated due to coolant loss then it may have damaged the head gasket this will cause it to misfire through lack of compression or water getting into the cylinders and onto the spark plugs
