2001 Daewoo Matiz ignation problem

does it turn over if yes does it have a spark and also check the inertia switch button just inside the passenger door and lookks like a rubber bung make ssure its pressed down

Hi The problem with my car was. In the morning when i tried to start i put the key in on B position then i turned to I position then II position it shows all the lights and then when i was ready to start on III position i could not key just move but no start.I tried two three times. After that the lights still on even you take the key out.I disconnet the battery and take it to the local garage. He checked everything but still don't know what the problems is he said the ignation has gone he did try to start with direct wires which are just below the staring the car just make noise but not start there is no spark as well.
