2004 Daewoo Matiz dashboard lights keep going on and off

SOLVED : my mechanic first changed fuses 5 and 12 and checked performance battery and alternator(dynamo) but problem still there.
Then took dashobard and clock section off to check 3 lamps (which were coverd with blue plastic, replaced them with white new ones, still problem, then solved it by making contacts tighter and problem was solved, and with white instead of blue light the dashboard is brighter(some won't like that)

No idea what fuses 5 and 12 were changed for , nothing to do with dash lights . Sounds like it was only a loose connection if anything
