Hi there, problem is with my lovely Deawoo MATIZ, Isis when inserting key into the ignition to turn it on, the key barrel is loose and the initial dashboard board lighting stays on, i.e. all the lights.
The key in the barrel is very loose and will not turn, the lights stay on and drain the battery, correction the key turns slightly but there is no initial ignition at all, actually feels like the key barrel is damaged.
Please help.

I'd say you've diagnosed the fault yourself!
Call the main dealers parts department.
