2003 Daewoo Matiz immobilizer problem help

Car: Daewoo Matiz
Year: 2003
Variant: Extra
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hi all

I brought this car from eBay daewoo matiz 800c extra about 4 weeks ago with a immobilizer fault only £100, I have brought a immobilizer and matching ECU and key (chip) from a scrap yard the car was working at the scrap yard so I know it all worked (same car) I have fitted it all on the car and still not working ,same fault as before I fitted it all ,the red immobilizer light goes from flashing to perment on when turning on the ignition but stays on , it just turn on and cranks over but does not start, I have took the sensor coil that's around the ignition key slot and put the chipped key on it and then used the ignition key to start the car I have checked all fuses & wiring looks all good ,any ideas ?????

Tape the key inside the coil and tuck it up inside the unit.
You can still start it now with the original key in the lock.
only thing is no the immobiliser is permanently off with the coil/key.
But it's a cheap car so why spend money on it?
