2004 Daewoo Matiz no power when accelerating engine management light on.

Having an issue when I try too accelerate the car feels very sluggish, when I get to even the slightest hill it begins to drop speed. The eml light is on constantly, can anyone shed any light on this issue.

Check your plugs and coil pack .If not that get it scanned .
