Engine hunting and loosing power when hot

Engine ,once fully warmed up (after about 15/18 miles), will loose power and hunt/surge if you try to accelerate without feathering clutch she will "kangaroo hop" and stall if then left for a few mins she starts up and will run roughly for a while then clear and run fine - until the next time it happens. At first we had no lights on the dash - however I have found out that there was no bulb in the dash for the mill light, having replaced this (have had the car for the last 18 months with no problem) the engine mil light is on all the time. The RAC was call at the last event and the codes were read as follows: -P0122 Throttle position Sensor, P0406 EGR Valve, P0107 MAP Sensor, P1043 EGR Valve,, P0341 Camshaft position Sensor, P1661 Mill Light.
The following has been done to try to rectify this problem:- Throttle position Sensor has been replaced with new with no success. EGR valve has been blanked off with no success, MAP Sensor has been disconnected with no success, Lambda Sensor has been disconnected with no success (all done one at a time of course). Mill light bulb replaced and now has constant Mill light on, Battery hard reset done with no success. ECM wiring checked earths etc and nothing evident also fuel filter and Plugs replaced.

Help please !!!!!!!! as I cannot continue to throw money at this without a pointer in the right direction to this intermittent fault - which is becoming more regular and driving me insane !!!
