1998 Daewoo Matiz smoking

oil anti frezze timming belt
drove it smoking bad and burning the oil
is it some thing ive done or is it a problem they have????????

it is possible that the valve stem oil seals have not been replaced and/or not fitted correctly. worst case senario is that the oil rings are worn or were damaged by the overheating of the engine. a cylinder leakage tester MAY show this fault. hope this helps!!
