Remote immobiliser locks doors but after a minuet or 2 the alarm sounds.. If I lock doors with remote then open with remote the doors self lock after 2 min and every thing is ok?

Sounds like a problem with the second stage locking or maybe because of the broken wiring at your tailgate.
