engine stalls at traffic light when stopped. Car jerks under 25 mph as if pulling. no problem above 30 mph.

I had the timing belt and other belts changed. Since then the above problem started- same day. Mechanic thought it may be due to the cam shaft senser as light was on and it was diagnosed the cam shafter senseor needed to be replaced. Even after that I have the same problem and the light was still on.

When I went to another person he said the timing belt- twin cam sahft belt. the two wheels marks must be aligned 10 degrees apart. But the mechanics who replaced the timing belt made sure the markings on th two wheels were parallel to each other. Are they correct. Where does the problem lies. It is consuming too much fuel. It goes but hard on the brake as there is no normal idling when parked. The engine runs and stalls and engine jerks before stgalling. Could anyone send me the timing belt alignment for daewoo lanos 2002 and solution to the problem. You can email me.

Thanks
