jus bought lanos se manual window not working.the handle works up and down ,but window does not .ne suggestion what it is and how to fix.

Probably the regulator arm has come away from the window channel.
Remove the door card and inspect.

Yes as phil5555 says,take of your door panel,your window sits in a long channel,like a gutter,works a bit like a scissor jack,as you wind your window handle,the arm pushes up ,and down ,weather your glass has come away from the channel,or part of you scissor arm has come adrift,easy fix,good luck
