2019 Dacia Sandero rapid front brake wear

2019 Sandero with less than 8k miles has discs worn beyond limits and outer pads with 3-4 mm left. Calipers don't appear to be seized. Is this rapid wear normal on the Sandero? Was previous owner just a 'Boy Racer' perhaps ?

Been reports of Dacias in general with brake pads / discs needing replaced earlier than " usual " . But that seems excessive if no sign of sticking on or binding . Cause , boy racer , driving with foot on brake pedal , who knows
