Hello,
Thr clutch is juddering when pulling away from being idle or cold. Happens if sat in alot of traffic. Only done 28,000 miles

Common and known fault I'm afraid and a lot of complaints about it . Usually put down to wear and tear or owners driving . A lot of low mileage cars suffer from it . Could try your dealership and see what response you get , but not hopeful of a satisfactory solution under warranty

I had this on a Dacia Duster, after a lot of head scratching the fault was a weak ignition coil. the car feels like the clutch is grabbing (distorted plate) and the engine shakes and dies, forcing you to reengage the clutch and try again. Hope this helps.

.That would cause an engine fault / misfire on your Duster but nothing to do with the known clutch problem which is common on the members car
