Boot keeps opening

Hi I recently purchased a citroen xsara Y Reg, and the boot keeps opening by itself. Firstly it would just be once just before i started the engine, but now it is all the time as soon as i unlock the doors with the keyfob it just starts clicking, even when driving along it would open and start to click. I have noticed that this problem is common on the fords but not seen on on the citroen, and these dont have the switch inside the car. any help would be much appreciated as it is driving me mad (No pun intended). Thank you.

i've been having the same problem i press the door unlock only on the fob and the boot opens and also when putting the keys into to start it the boot opens up.

i re-newed my battery in the keyfob then re-programed it to the car, works fine now boot never opens.
