Hi, I have only had this car for a few days. It was and is driving well, except that a red light with a 'K' in it has come on the dash board. Can anyone tell me what this means please. Hilary

If it's an orange light with K , and if it flashes while driving it indicates a fault within the fuel injection or ignition system. You need to use a diagnostic code reader/fault scanner to see what fault is triggering the light .

The light does not flash, it stays on. But i think the ignition switch might be a bit loose, as you have to move it sometimes to put the heater on, so you might be right that it could be the ignition. Thanks for your help

Hi, posted before about the red warning light with a K in it. Thought it might be the ignition as it is a little loose, but now the car jumps and chugs sometimes, so could this be the fuel injector and is this a big and expensive job to repair? Thanks prod.
