2000 Citroen Xsara rear cig lighter not working

rear cig lighter not working , but front one is checked fuse and its ok BUT is it a separate one for rear and if so WHERE i have replaiced the fitting ( thinking it could have burnt out ) but still does not work IDEAS PLEASE

Seen somewhere the rear only operates when ignition / engine on .Check this also ,
As usual there is conflicting info about fuses.
The Haynes book has a table at the front of the electric diagrams which says that the fuses are
F23 Cig lighter 20A, only the lighter on the fuse
F14 15A accessory socket rear.
However on the actual diagrams the fuses are
F3 5A cig lighter
F5 10A accessory socket
As usual there is conflicting info about fuses.
