2001 Citroen Xsara wires not connected up

It's hard to explain. I've found some wires one with blue plastic connection and one red and black. They are down in the right of the engine as looking at it they are low and in a space I can get my hand in with the air filter box removed. I spotted them through the hole but they are not plug in just wondering what they are for.

All cars have unused plugs / wiring in harnesses dependant on models and spec .Wouldn't worry about it if running o.k and no problems .
