2001 Citroen Xsara doors are not getting locked

Hi,

I am having citroen Xsara and having problem related to car's door lock. Doors does not get lock if I use remote. I think that problem is in boot lock as it was stuck some days back and I could not open it. If my boot lock is stuck then central locking worked. I was not much worry about till someone in night open my cars and took my satnav and other car papers.

The solution that I am looking is

1. Can I manually lock the cars? if yes, how so?

2. What could be other reasons for this issue?
