2004 Citroen Xsara engine cuts out going uphill after being parked for half an hour. doesn't fail otherwise.

Engine cuts out with code P1372 when engine warm but ONLY after having been parked for 20-30 minutes and USUALLY when going up a hill. Engine will re-start after approx one minute and then run as normal, though it usually cuts out on the next hill. You can drive all day and it won't fail as long as you don't switch the engine off for 20-30 minutes - but if you do, the car will fail soon after you restart, invariably going up hill. Starts well, drives well except when the engine cuts out.
ECU changed, pre-heaters changed, crank and cam sensors changed, all injectors swapped (1 & 4, 2 & 3). Car sometimes gives code P1352 (pre-heaters) but runs okay with this code. Only fails with the P1372 code

P1372 is crank position sensor ,you really need to see what the car is loosing to make it cut out ,which will require dealer computer to actually see .or you could rig up a multimeter.

Maybe fuel pressure or pump related??

Thanks for the suggestions but the crank sensor has been replaced and the fuel pressure in the rail checked at time of failure. It was no different from normal, so I think we can rule out a fuel problem. Also, double function relays were changed today - car failed twice going up hill afterwards so they are eliminated.
