Central locking not workingwhen key button is pressed

when activated with button on key ,it lock,s and then opens in one action. therefore i am unable to lock car unless done manualy.

what you are expierencing here is a sticking solenoid in the lock system and needs to located to the one causing the problem and either replaced or try and free it with wd40 hope this helps

There are switches inside the door catches and the boot, make sure all of them are closing as they should, check for interior light going off, then lock the vehicle if it does continue to do this it is possibly a door solonoid that needs replacing usuall one of the the front doors, other than that they suffer body control module faults s0 have it checked by a qualified techie before spending money on any parts, these signals can be tested on a scope

Key is sending signal but the car wont open other than manually
