Hi the problem sounds like someone may of done a bad job of wiring in a radio.
Cirteons immobiliser circuits are all run through the wiring associated with the cars accessories. I would check the wiring on the radio circuit and re-install the origional radio before anything else, it also sounds like someone has switched the live wires, one live is permenantly powered to keep the radio powered for memory purposes and the other is ignition controlled to ensure the radio switches off when the car is turned off. change these back and ensure the wiring is all properly connected and insulated then try to start the car again. Whilst trying to check the radio connections remove the car battery negative (-) lead to prevent damage including risk of fire if the wiring is faulty. If the issue is still not resolved it will be more likely that you will require a locksmith to re-program your immobiliser.
