2003 Citroen Xsara radio turns itself down and fob not working

Hi everyone i hope someone can help.I have a 6 cd changer and my radio turns itself down.If i touch the control stalk for the radio volume it turns itself all the way down if i try and turn it back up it just goes straight down again.Ive checked the wires and they seem fine.Also any ideas on how to get the fob to work?

Possibly set fault,best getting it checked by specialist repairer,who will know of common faults.
