2003 Citroen Xsara Picasso where's the horn and cooling fan fuse?

Still can't find the fuse for the horn or cooling fan, can anyone advise? I did find this diagram of fuse box layouts for xsara picasso 2005-2009 if it helps anyone.

Check this from Picasso site ,
" The horn fuse is not listed in the handbook, and within the last two weeks both my daughter and i have had horn failure on our XPics. I consulted this site, and initially was told to try fuse No.5, but subsequently told that fuse 13 is the horn one.
Fuse 13 is still in the same black box on the right side of the engine compartment, but is not easy to spot---well that's the case on my diesel anyway. "
