selecter cable cup keeps coming off linkage got new cables fitted after 3weeks started popping off again garage said cant find any thing wrong iclipped it back on feels tight wont come off after 2 weeks came off again please help

Are you sure this model uses cables and not rods?

Is there a locking mechanism on the end of the cable?I.E.a collar that when slid back will turn to either release or lock the cable depending on which way you turn it.Ensure that the gear stick is held in neutral before you start.Don`t know if this helps.Good luck.
