Dipped lights not working

When dropping from full beam to dipped the lights go directly to small lights, also the nearsdie indicator when turning left makes a continuous clicking sound as if it is stuck on

First thing to check with dipped h/lamps would be bulbs .Also check all indicator bulbs including side flasher working on n/s .
