My horn is not working, and I have no clue where it is. (the fuse is allright)

Have a look between the radiator and the front grill.

Nope! It wasn't there. I had to take out the front lamp on the left side (this was quite tricky). The horn was right under the lamp.
Because of the water the horn got quite rusty so I decided to move the replacement to another - water safer place...
