When the Air Conditioning is on ,the car fills with exhaust fumes through the air vents, its getting dangerous especially on longer drives, any ideas how to solve?

posibaly exhaust gasses seeping from your exhaust manifold but this fault should have nothing to do with air con!

its probably the clamp at the top of cat/particulate filter. It could also be due to filter being blocked.If you lift bonnet you will see traces of soot at front around heatshield if this is the case.
