2004 Citroen Xsara Picasso top up water level

keep getting this message on the dashboard ,it was losing water had the rad cap changed but made no difference but did stop the water leaking . have had the sensor changed but still getting the same message on the dash don't know what else to do.

Tried bleeding cooling system in case any airlocks affecting sensor ? Any signs of pressurising of cooling system ?

don't think so what would i see if there was pressurising ?
