2003 Citroen Xsara Picasso horn goes off randomly

xsara picasso the horn goes off randomly when driving and when parked at night and wont go off till fuse has been removed, took ar to garage they put there diagnostic equipment on it but the only code that came up was, psa3 alarm:local,the garage didnt know what the code meant and are stuck! any help much appreciated cheers.

there is a wire somewhere between the button and the horn shorting out.
