2000 Citroen Xsara Picasso fuel pump not running

I stopped the car for les than a minute and then the engine never started again
when I try to start I don't hear the fuel pump noise
the fuel hose has been disconnected before the injectors to check the petrol feeding and it happens that no petrol at all is coming to the injectors
the F25 15Amp fuse is ok but there is no tension on it
is there a relay under the hood that I could check ?

it was the pump which was faulty
has been replaced
