2005 Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.6 petrol engin scraping noise

When the engin idels there is a scraping noise comming from the front of the engin. I have replaced the aux drive delt, idler and tensioner but no change to the sound. Any ideas?

Timing belt and water pump replaced about 3500 miles back, so that should still be good. The sound is more like an intermittent scraping sound, not whining.
