One of the first , easiest and cheapest things you can try before getting too involved would be changing the fuel filter .

I have done this 2 times now

Why was it changed twice , was something / dirt found in filters ? Could be fuel regulator but many possible causes . Might be worth getting it scanned with suitable diagnostics for faults .

No I had it changed when was due for service because the cutting started soon after I got this car which was in 2018 December and soon after about 6 months started cutting so I had all changed and it stoped for a bit but after started again and now does it all the time Im scared to drive the car so need something to do with it soon. Thanks for helping

I can understand your concerns , worries on driving the car , nothing worse when it's unreliable A lot can happen since you last got the filter changed , dirty fuel etc . If it fixed it the last time , worth changing again ?

The last time when I changed the filter it was ok for little bit not too long and it started again but not always cutting out sometimes it’s sound like a “coughing “ and the car jump and than its ok and it’s happens without warning when ever
