Hi just recently there has been a whining noise when I accelerate away from my home to go and drive anywhere and as I drive the car or put my foot down it seems to get louder..

You need to listen under the bonnet to see if you can isolate area the noise is coming from . Could be turbo noise . alternator noise to name a few .
