Steering wheel shakes

When driving it feels like the wheels are falling off I've checked and there very tightly screwed on but it seems to be getting worse

Have you looked at the inner/inside tyre walls?
This can be caused by a damaged tyre.
I've seen bulges as big as grapefruits!!

Please check spacers between wheel and the disk.....if u hving a mags u need to hv the spacer or it will b like its not tightened well
