2005 Citroen Xsara Picasso washers not working

Hi. Washers have stopped working. Fuse ok. Noise heard from pump.
Blown through lines, checked power at plug 12v.
Replaced pump incase blocked. Still not working.
Remove pipes off pump tried no water/pressure coming out. Put in bucket of water and tried still no pressure.
Tried BSI reset still the same.
Any ideas will help? Thanks

Can you get water out of just the pump,
I,e no pipes connected?
Wouldn't be the first one I've come across that's got blocked pipes.

No water coming out of pump with pipes off.
Pump is actuating but nothing coming out still.

Sounds like the inlet isn't working.
I know you stated it's a new pump but it still could be faulty.
It's not a complex system.
inlet / pump/outlet,
But a thought occurs,
maybe somehow the polarity is reversed,
try swapping the wires around.
or hooking it up to a battery with jumper wires,
at least then you can figure which wire is meant to be bat +,bat -.

Is it a twin outlet pump ?
