2002 Citroen Xsara Picasso will not start

When I try to start the vehicle I get all the electrics but the engine does not turn over .

could be the ignition barrel faulty...try wiggling the key around

Just like mine,STARTER GONE,Common fault.
REPLACE,What a difference..
