Car flooding when revved up. Vehicles engine were overhauled and then the alternator started giving problems. Once the alternator were replaced the flooding problem started occurring. Please assist as some technicians say it is an electrical error and some say that it is the black box. No warning lights appear at all.

This is most likely going to be unhelpful but find a better tech.
some one who can read live data on the short term fuel trim
the lambda readings and the injector pulse width.
Check your local area for a Bosch tech specialist as these guys usually well trained.
