my car has been on a diagnostic computer says misfiring no. 3, changed all spark plugs, coil pack put some redex through it, gave it a blast still doing the same, started doing it the day after filling tank up at a supermarket. was definetly unleaded. PLEASE HELP.

Possibly the injector.
Clear the codes and swap injector #3 for #2 and see if it now codes for cylinder '#2.
If yes then renew that injector.

did you replace the extensions along with the plugs and coil pack? Have known a couple of problems with these not making a good contact.
