I have changed the wiper blades 3 times different brands and still the noise is unbearable its the drivers side wiper would it be to tight agaisnt the windscreen?

Could always bend the arm if you think that it's too tight but not usually the cause .Often caused by windscreen itself needing a good degrease and clean .Also some screen additives like Clearex or Autosol mega tabs help also .
