Cant change display

Hi,

Just got this car from second hand dealer. The display was showing me estimated millage left, but now is just showing me the radio station. I have tried pressing all the buttons, fiddling with the steering wheel stalk, but for love nor money can I get it to show me my estimated millage left again.

I have been googleing and looking on forums for days now but cant find the fix. Can anyone please help.
