Hi there

I noticed that my temperature gauge never goes above two bar even when i am driving in the city with traffic and in very hot weather and the fan never start, the engine does not overheat .
my concern is why the temp gauge does not exceed the 2 bar mark even in a very hot weather.

Well ordinary practice would be to check the temperature with an independent thermometer but as you state the cooling fan never comes on so I'm suspecting the thermostat is never fully closing.
So I'd renew that.
But even doing that I'd still run an independent test after.
Modern engines can run some pretty surprising temperatures when functioning normally.
Last one I tested ran until the gauge/sensor reached 114 before the fan came on!
