Checked the glow plug relay ? Is it cold enough for the glow plugs to function ?

If your in the UK at this time of year you don't need them.
Glow plugs on these engines don't operate until minus 8 or so.
I have several cars on the books with PSA engines from 1;4 to 2;0 with at least one if not all glow plugs non operational.
and I can't in good faith tell them they need them renewed.
They're all aware of the faults but non experience starting problems
But if you insists like Whittinghame says check the relay/
