Breaks affecting electric

When my engine is off, keys removed but headlights still on, the break pedal will activate all electrics lighting up the dashboard and turning on the radio until I release the pedal then it all goes off again

Replace stop light bulbs, element may have caused a short across side light wiring causing your roblem
