Heater blower not working

My heater blower isn't working (no blowing or noise). I've checked the fuse and this is fine. When i turn the air con on it makes a nose but nothing comes out. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

First thing I would check would be if power getting to motor and ballast resistor .
