Will Not Start

Hi could someone please help ?, My Citroen Xsara Picasso 2.0 HDI will not start, turns over perfect ok, but will not fire at all 90% of the time, the other 10% of the time starts ok 1st time when you turn the key ?, seems to me to be some sort of immobilezer issue ? any idears on fixes please ?, many thanks.

Could change fuel filter and check glow plugs .

Thanks for that, but think it must be something immobilezer related as theres fuel in the filter, and sometimes, about 10% of the time it starts as soon as you turn the key as good as new, the other 90% of the time it just cranks over and over, and will not fire at all, anyone know any known problems, and fixes with the immobilezers on these 2.0 hdi picassos ???
