Wheel bearing requires replacing .

car was only motd on 30.8.14 would the wheel bearing fault not have been found then.

If the fault was there at the MOT test , they obviously missed it or they would have at least given an advisory note .As they dont road test the car in the MOT some faults are harder to find .If there is no excessive play in bearing and only noisy , might not show when spinning wheel by hand .
