2005 Citroen Xsara Picasso top up water level error (xsara picasso)

I get the dashboard warning and having topped up coolant water, the message used to appear in about 3 days time. However, lately it happens within a day of topping up. Not sure where to look for leaks? Thanks in advance for any help.

Check radiator,water pump and general hoses on cooling system.If nothing showing when hot may require pressure testing by a garage.
